Why do I need an Employer of Record (EOR)?
An Employer of Record, or EOR, helps your organization establish a presence in foreign markets without the complexities and restrictions of registering a business entity within the country you're looking to hire from. With an an EOR, a third-party organization assumes all the legal responsibilities, helping you to alleviate risks so you don’t have to worry about learning and complying with laws in multiple geolocations. If an EOR is right for your company, we can help you set one up. We’ll handle all compliance and risk mitigation, manage your global payroll and benefits, and help you stay compliant. An EOR is also a cost-effective way to outsource your organization’s payroll and HR functions.
Is there a minimum number of employees or contractors required?
There are no onboarding minimums for EOR & contractors. However, for payroll, you will need to have 10 employees or more in each country you’re looking to hire in.
How much time does an implementation take?
We can help you setup an EOR typically in as few as 48 hours.
How much does it cost?
Since each company requires a unique solution, we do not have any set pricing. You’ll need to schedule a call with one of our global payroll consultant experts. Our pricing typically depends on a variety of factors, including the country and the number of employees you have based on location. However, once you schedule your call, we can provide an exact price that is simple and predictable, with no hidden costs or surprises. Our solutions typically save an average of 60% compared to traditional set ups.
Are there any onboarding or setup fees?
There are no onboarding or setup fees for freelancers or general contractors. If an EOR is needed, we do require a refundable deposit. For global payroll, there’s an onboarding fee for each employee, equal to the monthly cost per head. There are no other setup fees.
